Did you do your best?
The key to note is that your “best” when you’re in the middle of unfortunate circumstances will not be the same as your "best” when you’re in your element.
When I say unfortunate circumstances, I’m referring to periods of illness or grief or economic setbacks or natural disasters or anything that’s beyond your control.
If you can truly answer yes, that you have done your best, then you earn peace of mind with ease.
So show up with your best self everyday, whatever the flavour of “best” happens to be for you that day.
And then you’ll sleep well at night.
